German manufacturers Maul and Schneider are joining forces to create a joint French subsidiary.
From 1 January 2019, Jakob Maul GmbH and Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH will expand their presence in the French market under Maul Schneider France SAS, based near Paris. The co-operation will leverage the synergies between the two companies and allow more simplified processes with a single contact for all brands.
The new subsidiary will offer a full range of products: office supplies manufactured by Maul and Schneider alongside products from Sigel, Aristo and Citizen, which are already distributed by Maul France.
