欧洲硒鼓再生厂商发布热处理ProColor墨粉

　　根据外国媒体的报道，欧洲硒鼓再生厂商Goat Labs近日宣布推出热处理ProColor墨粉。Goat Labs公司还表示，该款热处理ProColor墨粉采用了全新的制作工艺，能为用户提供更好的打印效果。

　　根据欧洲硒鼓再生厂商Goat Lab的介绍，经过热处理后的ProColor碳粉，不但可以提高图像的打印质量，还能提高其转印率。热处理ProColor碳粉呈球形，均匀的形状将有助于建立非常详细的图像与鲜艳的色彩。同时，它还可节省墨粉、防止充电辊污染，降低打印灰度。所以，生产商称，经此改进的ProColor碳粉的打印效果可与OEM相媲美。

　　据国际文仪网编辑了解，由于碳粉颗粒形状不统一、打印质量和图像细节往往也不佳。而根据硒鼓再生厂商Goat Lab介绍，新的制作工艺，在墨粉制作工艺中，通过热处理并添加细粉将传统的碳粉颗粒球化，冷却后即成为球状的碳粉颗粒。经热处理后的ProColor碳粉的球状排列均匀，从而提升了传统激光打印机的打印效果，使得打印图像更加清晰，色彩更加鲜艳。另外，值得一提的是，热处理墨粉打印质量与化学墨粉旗鼓相当，打印成本却与传统墨粉无差异。

　　据悉，欧洲硒鼓再生厂商Goat Labs还对外宣布，计划将于今年三月份大量生产适用于HP LaserJet CP1215 和CP2025彩色激光打印机的热处理ProColor墨粉。

　　The industry supplier has launched a thermally-treated ProColor toner range, noting that the toner “will lead” to “better printing results”, as well as a range of new components for the aftermarket.

　　Goat Labs stated that conventional toner formulas often “utilize irregularly shaped toner particles” and so printouts tend to be “average” in quality and detail. Thermally-treated toner works by “shaping conventional toner particles by a means of thermal treatment”, before “adding fine particles to the rounded powder material”. As the toner cools down, the particles “take on a spherical shape”, and thus higher quality images can be produced.

　　The company notes that reduced consumption also occurs, allowing less contamination of the charge roller and improved component use, with “similar printing and fusing results as the OEM”.

　　Goat Labs continued: “The introduction of the Thermal Treated ProColor Toner changed how laser printing can be done. The spherical and uniform shape of our Thermal Treated ProColor Toner will contribute to create highly detailed images in vivid colours.

　　“With this new process the end users will enjoy roundness benefits comparable with a chemical toner, at the costs of the traditionally shaped conventional toners.”

　　Stock of the thermally-treated ProColor toner will be available for the HP Colour LaserJet CP1215 and CP2025 printers from March 2011, with Goat Labs adding that “more toners will follow” in the months to come.

　　The component supplier also released a range of components for use in remanufacturing Samsung cartridges in its SCX-5635 and SCX-5835 printers.

　　The company stated that its research and development teams “subjected the components to strict quality testing” and found that the ProBlack toner and OptiPrint II OPC drum “can compete with the OEM” in terms of performance.

　　The toner and drum combination is also said to “exceed the OEM yield”, with an “average Black Image Density of 1.50 and low back grounding of 0.04”.

　　The Samsung SCX-5635 and SCX-5835 multifunctional laser printers have a print speed of 33 ppm engine and a printing resolution of 1.200 x 1.200dpi, with the standard replacement cartridge, the MLT-D2082S, having a page yield of 4,000 pages and its high capacity equivalent, the MLT-D2082L, having a yield of 10,000 pages.
