• Epson has announced the launch of Print365 targeting smaller businesses wanting a ‘hassle-free’, fully-serviced printing package.

    Print365 has used inspiration from a mobile phone contract and applied this to a managed print service designed for SME end-users, and for sale through IT Resellers.

    Paul Steels, Vice President, Business, Epson Europe said, “our pricing is as a straightforward as it gets: simple, low fixed fees cover everything within a 36-month agreement – we don’t split out the costs and there are no hidden or additional fees within the selected print package, so it's easy to understand."

    Print365 creates a professional print service for SMEs, looking after print costs more effectively. Epson feel that this is the first time that an all-encompassing solution has been designed specifically for SMBs, even if they only want one or two printers. Further features boast a user-friendly portal giving customers the power to monitor usage history, technical issues and follow-up, servicing and live updates.

    A number of bundles are available depending on customer needs, including an All You Can Print package that delivers ‘virtually unlimited’ printing. An assessment tool also makes it easy for customers to analyse their printing needs before purchasing, and to select the right package for them.
