• With nine months to go until Paperworld 2017, around 1,000 companies from more than 50 countries have already registered as exhibitors, with Michael Reichhold, Director of Paperworld, calling it ‘a new record for applications.’

Figures are up from 200 in the same period last year with the next fair looking to benefit more than 36,700 retailers and trade buyers who come in order to place large orders for the new season.

Michael Reichhold said, "we are delighted with this very high interest in the fair. It shows us that the market sees and values the way that the world’s leading trade fair for the paper, office supplies and stationery industry is being systematically further developed, together with its partners in trade and industry.”

The slogan for the 2017 event will be 'The visionary office and the stationery trends.' Visitors will be treated to all that the future has in store for the modern office and for paper and stationery products from 28th to 31st January 2017 in eight halls of Frankfurt’s exhibition centre.

Companies who have already registered include Durable, Holtz Office Support, Novus Dahle, Schneider Schreibgeräte, Trodat, Albert Horn, Gutenberg, Jakob Maul and Tesa.

The fair gives specialist retailers the opportunity to meet established and new manufacturers and compare their innovative solutions with each other. Paperworld also brings together German and international buyers from all levels of distribution including companies trading in stationery supplies and high-quality stationery products.
